Everyone was nice and let me know upfront what things were going to be. I did not feel pressured or anything and they let me know any deals that were going on. It was a good experience. Although, they did not give me the winning lottery numbers when I asked for those, I would still highly recommend.

I had such an amazing experience here! Their system went down but they did everything could for me! They were able to give me the best prices for new tires around, Justin was so incredibly nice and helpful! I wouldnt go anywhere else for my car needs! They were all so quick and helpful! They prove that they actually care about their customers and arent after just the money!!!

I made an appointment the day before for an oil change/tire repair. They got it taken care of fast & cheaper than other places. Very friendly staff! I will definitely return for my next oil change and/or tires!

Came here from Dahlonega/ Cleveland area because I couldnt find a single shop to give me an appointment on the weekend. Called the Mavis Dawsonville location last minute and they said to just bring it in on Saturday and they would get it taken care of.Dustin is awesome- up front, honest and customer oriented.They had a full shop there but had my car wrapped up in no time.I went in knowing I was dangerously past due for new brakes- ending up with all new brakes, rotors, a caliper and flushing service but pricing, explanation and service was delivered with customer care.Wont delay before visiting these guys my next time around.Thanks, Dustin & Team.

Avoid This Shop at All CostsIncompetent, Dishonest, and Dangerous - Do not trust them with your vehicle.I took my car in for brake work, explaining that I had an upcoming long-distance move and needed a safe, reliable vehicle. They claimed all four brakes needed full replacementpads, shoes, rotors, everythingcosting me over $800. I paid, picked up my car, and assumed the work was done properly.On the drive home, I noticed a scraping noise when turning to the left. I returned the next day and asked them to check their work. Instead of a proper inspection, they took the car around the block, then dismissed my concerns, saying, New brakes need a break-in period and can make noise for up to 1,000 miles. It sounded like nonsense, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.By Friday, after driving my parents to medical appointments in Atlanta with the noise persisting, I knew something was wrong. Saturday morning, I brought my father with me for a third visit. They were dismissive and condescending but finally agreed to look at the car. We specifically asked them to disassemble the brakes and check their work. Instead, Heath replied, How about instead of you guessing whats wrong, Ill take a look so we will know whats wrong.Of course, they didnt check anything. They removed the tires, claimed everything was fine, and even tried to shift blame, insisting the issue was unrelated to their service and told me to take it elsewhere to have it looked at.At that point, I went straight to the dealership. Within an hour, they properly disassembled the brakes and found the real problem: a loose bolt inside the brake, installed without a washer, had jammed into my brand-new rotor, grinding it down since the moment I left Mavis. The car was unsafe to drive, and I now had to pay an additional $180 diagnostic fee plus parts and labor to fix Mavis mistake.I returned to Heath and played him the dealerships voicemail detailing their botched work. His response? Eye rolls, exaggerated expressions, and attempts to deny responsibility, arguing that I had reported the noise when turning left, while the bolt was found on the right side. As if they didnt work on all four brakes.I informed them that I wanted a refund for their faulty work done on the front brakes and reimbursement for the additional costs I incurred to fix their mistake. Surprise, they cant do refunds. Their only offer? Bring my car back so they could fix it properly this time. The same shop that:Botched the original jobRefused a thorough inspectiontwiceTold me to go elsewhereNow suddenly wanted a chance to make it right. Absolutely not.Corporate was no help. They offered to tow my undriveable car from the dealership back to Mavis for repairs. I refused. I have zero confidence in their ability to do the job or integrity.My next step is filing complaints with the Georgia Department of Law and seeking legal action. Their complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic concern for customer safety is disgusting.Do yourself a favortake your car anywhere else.
