Busy shop friendly honest staff Crystal was friendly and polite even when the store extreme busy my go to place for all my car needs. I would recommend Crystal and hee team without question.Best store to get work done. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to get work completed

This mavis is horrible I went for an inspection and they tried to sell me 4 brand new tires front and back breaks and rotors just to pass inspection which I didnt need so when I refused they didnt like that so they took my old inspection sticker off and failed it the lady was very aggressive and disrespectful because I refused to be sold something I didnt need they dont value their customers they try and take advantage thinking just because we dont work in that profession that were dumb I strongly encourage people not to go there they called the cops on me because I wouldnt let them scrape my sticker out the window and I refused their service and I told them give me my keys so I can go else were the only thing they did was pull the car in and look at my tires never hooked it up to the machine so they failed it because I refused their service they are horrible

After ordering a tire over the phone, I made an appointment to have it mounted based on projected delivery on Thursday at 8am. I arrived on time, Crystal was at the counter and said the tire had not arrived. A wave of frustration came and went as she located the truck and stated it would arrive by 1pm and she would make my service a priority.I am writing to state that quality customer service is based on making things right. Crystal called me as she said she would when the tire arrived. She said the techs started the work and it would be ready in ten minutes. I had mentioned a 2pm appointment earlier. Crystal noted my appointed, provided the service and I arrived on time. This was not my first experience with Mavis. Overall they do a good job and accommodate whenever possible. Thanks Crystal!!

got my brakes done and 10 mins later my car started losing brake fluid. So i came back and they had me waiting for hours for them to fix theyre own mistake. my car was perfectly fine before i bought it here
