Tire King has great customer service. We were in and out in a half hour and even made sure to do an over check of my car even though I only went in for my low tire pressure. Great priced and definitely recommend!

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give zero stars I would.I was quoted on the phone 99$ plus tax for a tire patch, tire rotation and an alignment.I went to go drop off my car and I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before someone came out. When that person came out , I was completely ignored and he started talking to the customer sitting behind me. Talking to each other while I stood in the middle.He then proceeded to ask me what I needed.I had a 2 pm appointment and he says oh you must of called new york. I told him my issues and told him what I wanted done, and the price I was quoted on the phone. He said I guess I believe you. He told me it would take 2 hours to do.Right there I could read this older gentleman's body language that he didnt like me and that I was bothering him.I walked back home , and waited for the call. I received 2 phone calls.The first one was to inform me that the tire could not be patched , it was to close to the edge. He also didnt recommend doing the tire rotation because of it not being the safest with the bald tires in the back.I said no I still want them done and to just put spare on. He said well we have a special going on if you buy 3 tires you get 4th free. I said no I cant afford that right now. He said you could finance on tire kingdom credit card. I said no I do not want to do that. He said it has 6 month no interest. I said no I just want tires rotated and alignment.He said okay. He didnt tell me there was any other issues.I get a second call.Saying car was ready to be picked up.Nothing else.I walk back to tire kingdom and checked my car out. I noticed tires were not rotated.I walk inside started speaking to the two gentleman who are elder and have white hair. I asked why did they not do tire rotation?He said because the lug nut in the front wouldnt come off and they didnt want to break it.He said so we put patch on and did alignment.I said why didnt anyone call me about these issues? Im not going to pay for an alignment when Its just one tire being put on. I wanted the tires rotated then alignment. If I was aware of the situation I would of told you no just to put the spare on. I didn't see the point in doing an alignment if none of the other tires changed but one.He kept arguing with me and saying he called me. I said but you didnt communicate that you couldnt do tire rotation. You didnt mention any issues but the patch. He said youre just trying to get something for free. I said no you didnt communicate with me about anything and expect me to pay for something that I would of waited on. He kept arguing with me, and then the other gentleman chimed in and tried to tell me they are doing me a favor by making it half off. I said no youre not. I wouldnt of gotten an alignment done without doing the tire rotation.He then said he was putting my car as a unsafe vehicle. If my car was unsafe to drive off the lot, you as the employer should make sure that im leaving safely.The car did not change when We had this discussion. So that means you were okay with me paying and leaving in a unsafe vehicle?Why was I not informed about the lug nut prior to picking up the car?Why was there no effort to fix the lug nut?There was zero communication effort with the two elder gentleman who are running the desk.On top of being treated poorly and unprofessionally , They informed me that my tire cover is deteriorating and to keep an eye on it. When I came in . There was no problem with my tire cover , now its torn and ripped. Thanks Tire Kingdom for the worst experience I have ever received. I will be doing more research about my unsafe vehicle and what laws should a tire business be following.
