Mavis Tires and Brakes in Dade City, FL

Clean shop, friendly staff and knowledgeable! Have found my new local tire store! I went to Mavis after another another tire shop did a less than ok job. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

This is the second time in a row that weve had an issue there. The first time my middle step daughter needed a strut. They did what looked like good work, my step daughter had to go to work so I picked up the car. They had aligned it with the steering wheel facing left and the car would drift right. Its like they didnt test drive the car or even sit behind the wheel. They would have given this car to my step daughter and had been ok with this? I took the car back and they fixed it, but looked at me like I was weird saying the tires needed rotating. Again, they never mentioned this.Then just this week, my youngest went in to have her car serviced as it was shaking. They said one motor mount was bad, and a couple spark plugs needed changing (not all of them as they said they were from a different car). Anyway, they gave the car back to her without me there and its doing the same thing as before like they never test drove it again. Now we have to take it back and spend our day off sitting in the shop making sure she is treated properly and that they fix the car properly. My step daughters now feel like they are being taken advantage of because they are young women and I feel like Im doing poorly by them because Im sending them back there. This is not good. Do better, Mavis!! She paid with her own money working her arss off!!! You have clearly done right by some customers, just not us.

Quick, efficient service!

The best repair shop in Florida. The starter on my Jeep left me stranded and had to be towed to Mavis in Dade City. Not only was the manager extremely friendly but the mechanic was awesome and installed a new starter in 30 minutes! This will definitely be my new shop for everything ??

Had an excellent service experience with the Mavis team. I needed to get a tire repaired asap. I was able to quickly go online set up an appointment. Once I was their the staff at Mavis was very courtesy, professional and they quickly addressed my tire situation to my satisfaction. The technician explained exactly what the issue was and how he fixed it. I was in and out in no time. They will definitely see me again in the near future for other services they offer.

They were very helpful and got me out of a tight spot. I needed to be back in Fort Lauderdale by evening and they made sure I was able to do so. They put customers needs above the stores profit
