Mavis Tires and Brakes in Everett, MA

I had a nail in my tire that caused a flat tire, and I was able to come in on a Sunday morning and Wayne was able to squeeze me in and have it fixed no problem! He also showed me the tread on all 4 tires, alerting me that they need to be replaced, but there wasnt any pressure to do it immediately, which I really appreciated. Great customer service.

Wayne was very helpful and professional. Got me in and out very efficiently. Great service and great prices.

First people I dealt with were super nice - but they left my maintenance light on. Came back to have it turned off 2 days later and was told that "the scan guy is out". So everyone who comes in to get an oil change will have to come back tomorrow also to have the light turned off? I think they were lying to me.

Noticed a bubble on one of my tires and was able to quickly bring my car in to get it replaced same day. Staff was nice and pretty quick.

Dropped in for the first time because I had a very slow leak that was triggering the tire pressure light every month or so. They spent most of an hour checking the tire in question but couldn't find any obvious source of the leak, so just replaced the valve stem and reseated it. When I went to pay, they said no charge because they weren't 100% certain that would fix it (since the leak was too slow for them to pin down).Was very impressed by that, and wouldn't have thought twice if they said the check and stem replacement was $50 or even $100 (I had walked in fully expecting to be replacing at least 2 tires if not all 4, since they're 6 years old). I will definitely be back whenever I do end up needing new tires.

I added all the services and made an appointment, but after installing the wheels, they didn't do the alignment, they told me to make an appointment again, they gave me a very bad experience.

I was having trouble finding a tire for my Tesla and Wayne helped me locate the tire that 5 other local shops could not find. He also helped me patch my tire last year. I cant recommend Mavis and Wayne enough!

Great to experience! They were able to get me in quickly. They stand behind their work and are caring and honest. As a woman, Im always worried about getting tricked or unnecessarily upsold by mechanics but I was so happy with the professionalism and customer service at Mavis
