Broke my TPMS sensor off and scratched and gouged my new wheels, then tried to deny it to my face and brush me off.Update 3/17: Talked to the manager and he is much more amicable guy. Took a look at the damage and offered to get my rim repaired for me. Very much appreciate them taking ownership of their mistakes and making things right. Review score adjusted to reflect this effort.Update 4/13: my wheel came back repaired, except then there was a new fresh chip on the spoke, but they refused to fix it. Claimed they would investigate it, but I doubt they actually did. The original employee who scratched it initially was glaring at me while I picked it up, so I assume he purposely damaged my wheel again. You can see him in the last photo when he was originally working on my tire, so you know to avoid him.

These folks always do a good job and never try to upsell you on anything. If they can't fix something, they'll let you know what you should ask.

This location has the best service. Quick and will walk me through any repairs that are needed. I had Josh for my front desk experience who was amazing and explained everything. I also had Quinn for my tech, who made sure to show me what will need to be looked at next. Again, great service and I would highly recommend these two gentlemen.

Had a leaky valve stem, these guys were great, had it fixed in no time! Also, they identified another problem with my suspension and save me some future grief as well! Thanks!

The morning of April 7th had an appointment reserved online three days prior to get new tires for our vehicle. So of course we drive all the way there, because we live roughly 30-40 minutes away from this location but was the closest location from where we live. Anyways, we get there and wait roughly about 20 minutes just to be told the tires we ordered are not in stock. Back story my wife has knee surgery the next day,, so we can't come back, We said okay just check the others and see if in stock and just put those on. So they go back to make sure they have the other brand in stock, only to be told they don't have any whatsoever. He says, the truck we be here tomorrow, well we don't have tomorrow. So being up there for about an hour and wasting our time and gas, we didn't get the three tires we reserved and paid a deposit for. However, we did get our deposit back the next day, but they shouldn't advertise all those tires in stock at the location only to get there and be told they don't have any for our vehicle. Especially when they had at least a couple days to call us to tell us they don't currently have any in stock, so that we would have drove up there at sat there for no reason.

I needed a headlight and they took my car right in. They had it fixed in about 30 minutes.

Jayden was very outgoing and kept us informed on the progress of my vehicle and explained everything. He is very knowledgeable about vehicles and customer service.
