1st class group !!

Called and spoke to Victor at the call center. I asked for the "out the door" price on 4 tires with install, an alignment, everything. I specifically asked because I wanted an accurate price to compare to other quotes. I have gotten tires from TK before and I know you guys tack on all source of extras at the end, and I did not want any surprises. He quoted me around $787 out the door. I even asked again after he told me the price, okay so when I go to the shop, that price will be the total with everything right? He said yes. How did I still end up getting charged $909 out the door? The employee at the store broke it down, and Victor did not include tax and a few other things. The store employee said Victor was not allowed to tell me the tax over the phone. Ok, so why did he not tell me that when I specifically asked him for my out-the-door price? By this time I was leaving town soon and no longer had time to schedule an appointment somewhere else. It is stuff like this that makes people not trust your business. I will never be returning again. the install ended up taking at least 30 minutes longer than the maximum time they gave me and the mechanic never put my wheel lock back in the bag and I had to go back to the store later to retrieve it. I gave two stars because at least the employees at the store were polite. Not that getting ripped off with a smile makes it any better.
