Mavis Tires and Brakes in Meridianville, AL

I needed a tire plugged and Josh and his team were amazing! Thank you so much and I love this Meridianville store with Leslie, as well!!!

We had come here once before for an oil change but nothing abnormal happened. This time we went 3/25 for a full regular oil change and we went 10miles to Walmart and 2 miles to gas station, come out the morning of the first week of April and ALL my oil is in my driveway... I called and spoke with the manager Mrs Leslie she was immediately apologetic. I'm an adult I'm aware accident and overlooks happen, I was upset all my oil leaked but I'm grateful I was driving or on the road. It was close of the day so we agreed she'd send a wrecker in the morning to pick it up bring it in and they'd go over it. She called promptly the next day after she examined it. Turns out the O ring was melted so the plug fell out. She just called to tell me she redid the whole oil change and installed a replacement Oring. When I picked up the car (which we had to get it personally so they're no longer liable) they mentioned we need to change the drum brakes in my rear, I feel them grind and stick sk they're probably right. But it was a mistake, but Mrs Leslie didn't allow it, she fixed it so we broke even. Mixed feelings using them again in the future... I should have not wanted that man working on my car when he asked for an. Unnecessary lug nut key... on a 2016 4 cyl... crazy

Josh & crew are the best

I came in here a while back for a tire and ended up learning they messed up my car making it a hazard and then made me pay for their mistake and my car came back with a new problem. Plus they did extra work on my car without informing me. If you wanna get ripped off and screwed over this is your place. Will never go back again would give a zero star if I could. ????????

The Meridianville location worked me into an already busy afternoon schedule. Leslie and Matt were awesome to deal with, top notch customer service all the way around. Thank you again to Leslie and the rest of the crew!

I went to this location to get some rotors, brakes,tires and an alignment. Leslie and Josh were wonderful and answered every question that I had with a great attitude. I waited a long time for my vehicle but that was because the technician Evan was very thorough when doing my repairs. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for brakes, tires or any other services!

This location is the best. The staff is friendly and knowlable and will take care of you great!!! Highly recommend. Go see Leslie and she will take care of you!
