Amazing customer service from Dun Dunn and her team. Squeezed me in for an emergency tire change at the end of their business day. Clean inside, good prices, great customer service. I will be back.

John and the guys in the mechanic shop seem wonderful and knowledgeable but Brandon at the front desk was absolutely so disrespectful and rude. He literally shushed me as if I was child when I sighed at the over $1600 quote. He gave me the cost estimate and told me the car would be ready at 4:30. I waited in the shop, working from my laptop for 3 hours before I was able to get a ride home, I checked with him twice before I left that it would be ready at 4:30 and he assured me it would be. He then called me at 4:30 to tell me it wasn't ready and they were waiting on a part, which was the first I had heard about them not having a part in the store. He called me back at 5:00 to say the part was "stuck in traffic" and wouldn't be there in time and that I could pick up the car the next day. I explained that was unacceptable, as I had plans to be out of town the following day and at this hour I was unlikely to be able to arrange any alternative transportation. To be clear, the part was coming from Atlanta Hwy in Montgomery, less than 10 miles away, but was unable to get through "traffic" for several hours according to Brandon.I attempted to explain to him that my main frustration was the lack of communication, that he had now put me in a position of scrambling to make other arrangements when if I had had all of the information hours earlier I could have been in a better position to find transportation. However, he just interrupted and talked over me.I called back minutes later and asked if they could just put the car back together so I could use it the following day, he responded by making a rude remark to someone in the store about me. I told him I heard the remark and he offered no apology instead just told me the mechanic had already left for the day.I was able to arrange to borrow a vehicle for my trip on Sat (and buy about $100 in diesel for the trip), but had to cancel plans that were already paid for on Friday night. I also had to pay for a Lyft ($35) on Monday morning to pick up the car, as they were closed on Easter. Brandon's response to my frustrations were to laugh and say "see everything worked out" and tell me he was "adjusting the cost for my inconvenience." Apparently the cost of my "inconvenience" was about 2% of the the total, the total discount was less than $50.

Good prompt service. The young lady at the front was great as well as my mechanic Jack. Price options were offered and thoroughly explained. Mechanic gave me plenty of time going over issues that were unknown to me. One of which was a leaking oil filter from bad service at a different company 2 weeks before. Will be back to Mavis. Only issue I had was the lobby was dead silent. No TV and no radio. First time in a service center of this size without multiple TV's. Also, maybe some vending machines as some work can take several hours LOL.

They have a great team and staff at this location. They are always friendly and helpful. Dun Dunn has been very helpful with the tires for for our vehicles.
