Mavis Tires and Brakes in Thomson, GA

I went in there to get my tire fixed from a nail. I didnt have to wait and he patched my tire very quickly. The customer service was exceptional. The manager Keith was super friendly and very professional. When my tire was repaired I was ready to pay, Keith told me there was no charge. I was very happy. This shop is now my go to shop for brakes and tires. The other tire shops need an appointment but I was able to get repairs made without an appointment. Customer service, professionalism, and repairs done quickly make this place top notch.

The team at this shop deserves serious praise.I was having a rough dayand to top it off, I got a flat tire while at work. When I pulled into the shop, it was clear they were slammed: four cars in the bay, just two techs, a supervisor juggling everything, and customers still rolling in.But despite the chaos, they didnt miss a beat. They took the time to talk to me, made me feel taken care of, and got me in and out quickly.In my line of work, I know how important it is to recognize a team that goes above and beyond to serve a client. These guys absolutely did.Ill be driving to Thomson for tires and brakes from now onthis team has definitely earned my business

First off I dont dont know where to begin,the head store manager at this location is weird and creepy he really made me feel uncomfortable I took my car in for service to have shocks put in the rear of my car he said my car will be done by time I got off which was 5pm i didnt get my car till 9:30pm then on top of him delivering me my car after hours I had to ride back with him to pay for the service at 9 something at night he talking about his ex girlfriend and showing me pictures of her and just going on on Im like I dont even you for you to be telling me your personal problems I felt really uncomfortable around him I believe the young lady name was Jasmine he was showing me pictures of hes like 50yrs of age and shes 23yrs of age that really didnt sit well with me Ill be reaching out to a lawyer to see how I go about this situation because thats very unprofessional his name is Keith if Im not mistaken

I had been in Evans for some time helping my sister recover from hip replacement surgery. As I headed back to Arkansas on Sat morning before I even made it to I-20 I encountered a very large screw and tire pressure went from 38 down to 0 in less than a mile. Thankfully a very nice man stopped and changed my tire so we could find a tire repair shop and get back on the road. The closest one according to google was Mavis Tire in Grovetown. When we arrived we could tell they were extremely busy. The manager came out and looked at my tire and assured me it could be fixed but warned me we would have to wait a while as there were so many people ahead of me. I asked him if he saw my license plate and he assured me he didn't need my license plate to fix my tire lol!!! I showed him my Arkansas plate and he jumped thru hoops to repair my tire and get me back on the road. I can't say enough good things about this place. I believe things happen for a divine reason and I'm so thankful I ended up at Mavis Tire in Grovetown. I don't know your name but you know who you are and I can't thank you enough for your kindness and service. God bless you.

Repeat customer here, that being said they always are quick to get customers in and out , nothing but great service from my perspective, Had 4 new tires mounted and balanced along with installation, was maybe an hour and a half in total time which was pretty quick especially considering the busy nature of their store. Highly recommended the Thomson, Ga location.

Update Ive talked to keith the manager (super nice). They do change diesel oil I think I just picked a bad day to come in. I'm glad to know I can continue to use the same place i have been. Thank you for reaching out to me it made me feel valued as a customer.I have been using mavis for awhile they are in my area and I like to have the same place do my oil changes. I had a chevy 1500 truck then I got a chevy 2500 diesel truck I remember asking the manager at the time Tony(who was ALWAYS helpful) if I needed to find another place to do my oil changes since I now have a diesel he said no they can do it (always helpful). So I went to get my oil changed at mavis today and the guy at the counter first said it would be awhile before they can get to it because he only has one worker ( totally understandable) then he said we don't really do diesel. He basically said get f'd. 5 stars to oil change express & tire engineers in grovetown for doing what their sister company did not want to do.
