Best class of customer service Ive seen in a long time. All the Mavis Ive been too are great. This rainy morning I stopped to put air in my tire. Old fella standing in door waved me over and aired it for me. Never had to get out of the car. I thanked him and shared with him how much I appreciate Mavis all around service. He obliged with tip of his hat and I went on. Thats the kind of service I remember growing up. Its how I am with others. So many other services in general these days could learn from this.

I went into the Union City Mavis store#1040 on April 4th. I arrived at 7:50 am because I knew the store opened at 8am. My car needed brakes, rotors and calibers. The service advisor quoted me a price and I agreed to have my vehicle repaired. At 11am I noticed my car in the shop up in the air but there wasn't anyone working on my vehicle. When I inquired about the status of my vehicle the representative told me that he was waiting on the parts to be delivered. Needless to say my car wasn't ready until 3:25 pm over 7 hours later. After driving off I realized that the brakes felt funny. I literally had to press the brakes down to the floor to get the car to stop. They weren't firm at all. It was extremely soft. Then I noticed the technician only gave me back the key to my car and not my whole key ring that has the key to my home. This is unacceptable!!! It's also a safety issue for me. I had to go back to Mavis and spend additional time there for them to inspect the the work the previous technician performed. They offered me a free oil change for the inconvenience. I wouldn't advise anyone to visit the Union City location. The technician that worked on my vehicle (Leon) had an excuse for everything!! He didn't take any accountability for the poor service that he gave. I will be writing a letter to corporate because I spent over $1100.00 at this establishment and received piss poor service.
