Mike and Dylan were absolutely professionals and provided 1st hand advice and helped me become a true Mavis Gold Star customer. Explained the discounts for veterans, warranties, and had me in and out with all 4 tire brake systems overhauled in less than an hour. Second to none service, thanks guys!

This is a FINDS PROBLEMS WHERE NONE EXISTS shop. Their goal is to sell you tires you probably don't need. Go elsewhere for a second opinion because they lied in my face with a smile on their face. Horrible.

Picked up a piece of metal in my truck tire on the way to dinner tonight, this Mavis shop was the closest to me so I pulled in about 20 minutes before they closed. Had my truck in the shop with in a minute or two and back out the doors 5 minutes later with a fresh new plug! Cant thank them enough for the fast and friendly service!! They just earned a new customer!

Some of these reviews are definitely based on feelings instead of facts. Let me give you a real review. Andrew and his staff in the Stroudsburg, PA branch are phenomenal.1. As a female when I go in there with any of my 3 vehicles (Yukon, Honda.Acura), they take their time, explain, and show me whats wrong.2. They give possible causes and different solution options.3. They communicate with you while they have your vehicle, if there is a hold up or it wont be ready when expected they let you know4. They dont pressure you to make decisions asap or even have them do the work.5. They dont take on jobs that are above them or theyre not comfortable doing.There is no pressure and they dont man-splain things. If your vehicle shouldnt be driven Andrew and the guys will tell you. They do all they can to help and because some people dont like the price or take the advice the first time, its interpreted as they dont know what their doing or something is their fault. Its still a business and they work for a corporation. Just because these are the faces you see there are suits in an office making decisions and rules they have to follow. Most people arent in there cause they want to be, most of the time theyre the bearers of bad news all day. They can only do so much and with but so much grace so give them a break. If you want a cheap fix go somewhere else, if you want someone to be honest with you and try to meet you halfway go see Andrew and the guys at Mavis in Stroudsburg.
