We went to this store to get a nail out of one of out tire they put it on the rack and fit it they told us we were good to go we left and at the light right out of the shop it shows that we had another tire going flat we took the truck back and now we have a cut in another tire I told the guy they did that when they put the truck on there rack he said no way buy they did this so we had to buy new tires so look out for this place they will mess your tires up where you need to give them more money I will never go back there

They told me $110.00 for an oil change for a 1996 dodge Dakota. Thats double the price of anywhere else.

Josh took great care of us! He was knowledgeable and polite, answered all of my questions, and gave me a great deal on tires and an alignment. I have found a new tire home.***FOLLOW UP AFTER TIRE INSTALLATION*** What a disaster! The two front tires had a vibration and after the third attempt to balance, I was told that the two tires were defective but they could no longer get the tires that they had sold and installed on the car (these tires were only 3 days old) and wanted to put another brand on the front only, leaving the two tires on the front and the two tires on the back mismatched. I did not agree with the resolution and asked to speak with the Regional Manger and was told that he was on vacation and did not know when he was returning. I asked to speak to someone higher up and the Store Manager told me that he had no way to contact anyone else... Without any further discussion, the Store Manager decided to replace all four tires - the problem was they were a lessor cost tire and were extremely loud - to the point it sounded as if the car had a broken muffler. Went back and again talked to the Store Manager and again asked to speak to higher manager - this time he told he all I could do would be to call the corporate office in New York. I received a phone call the next morning from the Store Manager where he stated that he had talked to the Corporate Warranty Manager. He told me the Warranty Manager told him that he should have never put the second set of tires on the car - they had a history of being extremely loud and should not be installed on a luxury car. So...they offered to put a third set of tires on the car, but here is the catch - the only tires that they would put on the car were $200 less than the original tires that they sold me and installed! After much frustration and wasted time, I have a set of tires that cost $200 less than I paid for the original set of tires and with less mileage warranty. I tried to reason with the Store Manager concerning to the cost but he told me that there was nothing he could. This will not be my new tire home. Think twice before you purchase tires here.
