Mavis Tires and Brakes in Evans, GA

My last oil change, just getting around to writing this up. Worst car experience I've had in my life.I went to NTB for years, and went to a different location near my new house, not realizing they'd just turned into Mavis they still had NTB signs. I was very 1st appointment, on my way home from 3rd shift job, waited for them to open then had to wait another 45+ minutes because they said the techs weren't there yet. While waiting the lady was already trying to sell me new wipers I didn't need, and no one had looked at my car yet. I waited and waited with an apparent staffing issue. For my 8am appointment I didn't get out of there until after 11am, having only gone for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Also I left with them saying I need full new brakes, wipers, and tires at $2,000+.They didn't put my tire pressure correct so i had to return twice same morning. They tried to blame my sensors but tp was incorrect. My next trip driving to work my undercarriage cover came undone on the highway. I had no choice but to drive & ruined it. I stopped at a shop near work where they rigged it up for me with wire & duct tape. They asked if I had a recent oil change & said someone didn't tighten it. Also said my brakes were fine and I have one bad tire, the rest fine. I have to get a new under cover costing nearly $500 now. Worst place ever. Cost me so much time & money.

Very nice. Explained everything to me where I could understand. Also showed me the before and after status of my wheel alignment.

I took my Audi here for a tire patch, just a simple 20 dollar plug for my tire, because Audi told me I had a nail in the tire and a slow leak. They took the tire off and told me I didnt have a puncture and the screw didnt go through the tire (which is probably why I didnt notice any issues). After discussion they told me I didnt the patch and there was NO DAMAGE to my tire! They put it back on and I drove away. Within 5 mins of being on the interstate the tire sensor warning came on, and my car started to pull to the right. When I was able to safely pull over, my tire was FLAT and I could hear the air shooting out. I had to put a spare on on the side of the road (I am a 52 140 lb woman). When I contacted Mavis and brought it into another Mavis (same day) I was informed that not only was there a puncture IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE so it wasnt a new puncture, but the inside wall was also damaged and I need a new tire. This went from a 22 dollar issue to a 200 dollar issue. Not to mention, the tire that was damaged also came from Mavis not even a year prior. I AM LIVID! They refused to comp the tire, I had to purchase a new tire. I loathe these people! I will NEVER go back to another Mavis, EVER!!!!!! I WILL be filing a small claims case for the cost of the tire, its not about the money, its the audacity! Lesson learned, beware!

Tire started to show signs of slow leak, so on the way out of town for a trip, stopped by Mavis tire and though they were busy, David had me on the road quickly with a tire quickly repaired. Would definitely recommend!
