I changed my car tires on 12/08/24 from this (166-15 BAISLEY BLVD, Jamaica, NY 11434) store. I usually change my car tires from another store. But for emergency purposes, I go there and change tires. I know the MAVIS has a good reputation. I changed tires and paid the bill near about 440 USD. I didn't check the bill where they didn't add extended tire warranty, even though they didn't ask me about this. Today morning I showed a bubble on the tires. I went to the other mavis to give them the bill copy and told them to change the tires. They told me there is no warranty and you have to buy a new tire!!! I am shocked!!!! then I told them that the store customer representative didn't mention a warranty-related issue. If someone changed tires by using 440 USD, they didn't care about 15/20/25 USD for the warranty. then again I paid 163 USD and bought a new tire. They give me some discounts. My point is that you are not mentioning any warranty-related issue to the customers. How do new customers understand there is a warranty or not?????? So facing the same thing as me...I have a suggestion for you guys. Do not go for extra money go for extra trust. So anyone can blindly trust MAVIS.

I came here in a whim when I came out of work and found my tire almost flat. Ugh!!! So I googled tire shop and MAVIS DISCOUNT TIRE popped up on screen. I'm so glad I came here! Great customer service and they really helped me out! Thank you so much! Best part I didn't have to replace my tire!!! It was saved!!! ????. I will definitely keep this location in mind when I need tires and I found out they do more than just tires!!! Location has a parking lot and it is wheelchair accessible!
