Mavis Discount Tire in Patchogue, NY

Patchogue Mavis is my go-to location. Chris was my servicer for this visit, and he made it a seamless and pleasant experience and completed my services way quicker than I expected. I was barely back at my office and it was completed. Kudos to Chris and staff.

Should have listened to the negative reviews. Had a slow leak on my one tire wanted them to look at it, guy in the front said 59 to see if its fixable. 45 min later he said the one tire with a leak had a nail and isnt able to fix it and recommended I get a second tire also. When I told him Id think about it (mind you the tire I went in for HAD A SLOW LEAK WHICH I WOULD FILL UP EVERY NOW AND THEN) the employee came in said the one tire is flat now because he made the hole bigger so I would have to get it towed. 222 dollars later im leaving with their cheapest tire and the low tire pressure is still lit up Unforgivable

I have three cars that have been serviced by Mavis of Patchogue. one car is a 2001 and the other two are 2013 and 2014. Obviously the newer cars have less issues if any but the service that was done was very good. The older car had some front end work and appears to have been done very well. Each time the experience was pleasant and professional. They have a shop floor supervisor that watches over the work being done to all the cars which is very nice to see. As far as delays are concerned I'm sure they make every effort to get each customer in as fast as the work load will allow. That being said the customer has to be aware that if they show up at noon or 2:00PM for work without an appointment they may be waiting for a while. I have had much longer waits at my doctors office. Overall they portray a very organized and professional environment and I'm sure would like to satisfy every customer. I will certainly be using them for my auto needs for now. Thanks for caring.

After having my tire blow out on the expressway, I went to Mavis tonight and the customer service was superb. They are friendly and professional and the front desk service man Chris was amazing. All Mavis shops need a Chris. He is dunny, professional and courteous, friendly and very helpful. Thank you all for turning my frown upside down.

Last month needed front wheel alignment and a NYS inspection. These guys agreed to take me on as a last minute late afternoon appointment, they got the job done fast and thoroughly and were courteous and professional. Highly recommend.Update: March 2025 brought my car in for front strut installment and alignment. These guys did it quickly and professionally and I am so grateful to them. No upselling No BS and no changes in price from what was discussed prior to appointment. Thank you!

Chris was very informative and couldnt be more fair on the pricing. Got my brakes done in a timely manner and was extremely happy with the pricing. Would recommend this place to anyone!
