My car got a flat overnight. I just moved to the area and was overwhelmed and stressed. They were able to get me in first thing the next morning (I didn't see the flat until the evening). The people here were so friendly and welcoming. The wait time was nothing. Last time I had a flat I went to pep boys and had to wait four hours. Also, they never tried to sell me on anything (again looking at you pep boys who tried to tell me there were 10 other things wrong with my car. Plot twist, there wasn't anything wrong) . I can't explain how relieved I am about how quickly this was all resolved. I will be going back for anything else I need for my car.

I am coming back to edit my review. A different MAVIS and $2800 later, the Washington location left my vehicle in such a desperate state, they failed to retighten major components among other issues. There is no apology from the Washington location that they completely dropped the ball. Terrible service all around and it reflects the attitude of the manager, Judy.One star is far too high for this place.I don't even know where to begin -- I am absolutely disgusted with this business. The woman at the front, Judy, was incredibly difficult to deal with. I had an 8 a.m. BOOKED appointment for a wheel alignment, wheel rotation, tire balance check, and a tire pressure sensor inspection. I dropped off my car, and Judy herself told me it would be ready to pick up at 5 p.m. (HER timeline, not mine). She also said they would call after assessing the tire pressure sensor -- guess what? No call.Around 1:30 p.m., one of the employees (Mike?) called to tell me they lost power twice, totally 1.5 hours. He said he would call again by 3 p.m. with an update. Wanna guess if a phone call was made? (Spoiler: there wasn't one).At 5 p.m., the time Judy promised my car would be ready, I called and found out they hadn't even pulled it into the bay yet. After asking AGAIN about the tire pressure sensor, the employee said he would call back in 20 minutes. He didn't.When I showed up at 6 p.m., my car was being worked on, sitting second-to-last in the bay. I then had to wait another 30 minutes while they completed the services. To make matters worse, Judy tried to claim that the online coupon I applied to my appointment (that I made ONLINE) was not valid for a wheel alignment. Only after pushing back did she reluctantly honor it, acting like she was doing me a huge favor.The situation with the power outage did not sit right with me so I called nearby business and people I know in the area. None of them reported losing power. Not even Mavis' next door neighbors. When I asked Judy about this, she stumbled over her words.When I asked why my car wasn't ready at the promised time, Judy told me they prioritize walk-ins and "waiters" over appointments. So, despite having an 8 a.m. appointment and being the second person to walk in the building this morning, my car was not touched until after 5 p.m. when I had to call for the update they failed to give me despite telling they would.THIS IS THEIR STANDARD PRACTICE --- WAITERS AND WALK-INS GET PRIORITY OVER SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS, NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU BOOK.To add insult to injury, Judy told me that the 9, 10, 11,12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 o'clock walk-ins and "waiters" got their cars fixed before my 8 a.m. BOOKED appointment was even looked at. She topped it off by throwing her coworkers under the bus, saying that after all the waiters and walk-ins are handled, the drop-off appointments go in order but I guess they mixed that up real bad in the back?This experience was a nightmare. Between the blatant and disrespectful lies, lack of communication, and clear disregard for customers' time, I could not in good conscience recommend this place to anyone.I am happy others can report better reviews but it doesn't help when some reviews are made with blatant conflicts of interest and or are being re-uploaded years later to boost reviews...There was no reason to lie from start to finish. I was understanding until you started treating me like my appointment wasn't important because I wasn't sitting there watching you. I shouldn't have to take a day off work to babysit grown adults at their jobs. I truly hope that with this new year, you are more upfront with your customers and transparent about how you conduct your business.
