I came in knowing my car was a difficult fix. They were awesome. It took longer but so what my car is difficult to find parts. They helped me get a rental when the wrong parts were delivered. Everyone was very nice and willing to work on my difficult Buick. Im thankful I can fix some stuff but this was too much. Thank you!

Stay away from this business, stay far away. I went in to this shop to have two tires mounted and balanced that I purchased at another store because they were able to get it done that morning. While working on my vehicle they said I need two new struts, sway Bar links and a bolt was broken on one of the struts. It would cost $800 to repair which included an alignment. I decided to go ahead with the repair. I waited two days for the correct bolts to arrive. When I picked my van they said the bill would be over $1000. I finally agreed on $919. I went to drive my van home and the abs light, check engine light and the anti skid light was on. They said they damaged a speed sensor. I had to come back the next day and they would replace it. When I got there the part was not ordered. I had to come back in two hours. While installing the sensor they damaged my lug nuts and said I had to buy new ones. I said no, you damaged them you replace them. Then they said they couldn't get the brake rotor off. They were going to beat it off with a hammer. Are you kidding me. There are special puller tools made to remove a stuck brake rotor. They did finish the job and the dash lights are off. These guys are hack mechanics. Very unprofessional. Please stay away from this place. They will screw up your car for sure.UPDATE: My van did not drive correctly so I had another shop take a look at the photos of the alignment screen that were provided to me. I was told the alignment was not done correctly. I made an appointment with another shop to have it done again at an additional $109. I have posted photos showing the results of there alignment. All the adjustments should be in the green area' This shop only adjusts the toe. that way the vehicle won't pull either way. Clearly we can see the caster and camber are not in the green area. This will cause premature tire wear. I suspect they do this to sell you more tires when they wear out.UPDATE 2: Now my abs light is on again. I stopped by the shop so they could take a look at it. Shop now refuses to work on my van. I inspected the speed sensor they replaced. I found the wire was rubbing on the wheel. A hole is worn in the wire insulation causing it to fail. The mounting bracket was on the wrong side of the strut and the wire was not properly routed. Again a sloppy job. Very unprofessional.UPDATE 3: I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I then received a call from a Mavis corporate representative. Mavis agreed to refund me $105.50 for the alignment that was not done correctly and $104 I spent to replace the damaged ABS speed sensor. I am satisfied with this resolution and I consider this matter closed.

Scott was extremely helpful. If you need anything tire related, you absolutely need to come to Mavis!! He got my tires ordered on the weekend They were here Monday. My car was brought right in and fixed. Very friendly and accommodating. 10/10.

Went in for new tires, wheel alignment, and new tie rods. Noticed that the low tire pressure indicator was on front passenger tire was underinflated at 20-ish psi and missing the valve cap. Seems an employee may have gotten distracted midway through. Every other tire looks good at 35-ish psi though. No noticeable issues driving home. Will see how the alignment does another day, too windy today to tell.
