Mavis Discount Tire in Fishkill, NY

Great store, have many tires in stock and are willing to find savings where they can. They even stayed late to replace a tire for me so I didnt have to continue driving on the donut.

I got something stuck in the seatbelt of My Honda CRV on Monday to the point where the seatbelt didnt work. Brought my car in this morning and JJ saw it. Fixed it right away and at no cost. This also isnt the first time Ive brought my car to this Mavis, service, and timeliness of service is always at a high level. Will always recommend this location and will always come here especially for JJ for any type of car issues.

Good and quick service

This location is very convenient for me as it is close by. I made an appointment online on Monday, 3/11 at 3pm and this was confirmed. I received a call that they couldnt accommodate me that day and re-scheduled it for Wednesday, 3/12 at 4:30pm I get there and was told the inspector called in sick and they cant do inspection. I made another appointment for Thursday 3/13, this was confirmed again. I got a call at lunchtime asking me if I can bring the car in at 4pm. I left work early to be there at 4pm and was told that the inspector left for the day. This is unacceptable, wasting my time for 4 days!!!! Never going to Mavis again. Stay away from this place! Giving them one star is being generous.

My husband & I went to Mavis for tires on his car after buying & setting appt online Process was smooth, on time & we even had oil chg added - great place great guys!

They save my life!!! I appreciate the staff so much. I am the typical woman I will let the car run until it doesnt star ignoring all the signs! Thanks so much for all you have done for me with the Fantastic customer service and auto skills.

They were professional and kind. Customer service was exemplary and they were honest. I found them to be overpriced though. To change the front left ball bearing they quoted a price $500 for a 2012 Toyota Camry and offered me a $50 discount. Too much.

went here to try to get my front tires changed, we found out after we gave our keys over it would be about a 4 hour wait. understandable, theyre busy. i went back in to let them know we couldnt wait the 4 hours because we have other errands to run. NOT the guy in the front that was very professional and a pleasure to speak to who was helping us out trying to get us in, but one of the mechanics gino in the back behind the screen yelled IGHT then tell him bye then rolling his eyes and throwing his hands up. mind you we were very respectful and understood the situation. but the disrespect from GINO was ridiculous. will never try to go back here
