I brought my company vehicle in today and was able to get in right away. Steve and his crew really helped me out and gave great customer service. I'll be back to this location for sure.

I brought my Dakota in to get checked out due to a ride issue. I talked to Steve, and he was able to get it into the shop quickly. After a few minutes, he came back in and then showed me that the tires were so old, they were splitting at the sidewall and between the tread. He helped me find an affordable set of tires that didn't break the bank, which would work out well for how I use my truck. Thanks, Steve and your crew.Update: I bought four Adventuro AT tires, and they made a big difference in the ride, especially when the truck is loaded. Thanks again. The assistant manager Steve was very friendly and helpful and went over everything with us that we needed to get done to fix our vehicle. And he gave us a reasonable price. Will definitely come backI definitely recommend!!

They caused my car's brake pad system to break down and make noise. This is the second time this has happened to me. I will never bring my car to this store again.

I started coming to Mavis a few months ago and am now a committed customer. I always feel like I'm being well taken care of and have never gotten the impression they're doing unnecessary work. Johnny always takes the time to explain things to me in a way I'll understand, and everyone at the shop is professional and friendly.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. My husband called to see if he could get his car inspected before the end of the day since he just got pulled over and got a ticket for it. They said they had no time but online there was a 5:00 appointment. We booked the appointment and said when we get there we could always just drop it off if there is nothing available. When we arrived the front desk guy, I believe his name was Johnny was rude and unprofessional. He asked if we just called and we said yes. He proceeded to tell us that he told is over the phone that no appointments were available and said so why would you bring it in? He said this raising his voice and with a nasty attitude. He stated he had someone else in the 5:00 pm slot. We stated again that we were able to make the appointment online and sometimes when you call, you are only calling the call center. He said well I already told you when I called that we had nothing available tonight. I then asked him why he felt the need to be rude to my husband after he just got pulled over and received tickets. We were only trying to deal with the situation. To make matters worse, he knew he was in the wrong because he offered me 50% off the state inspection. When my husband walked out he proceeded to say I will give you 50% off. While it was nice of him to offer, it doesnt excuse the behavior of him. I expect a much higher level of customer service for a place that I am bringing my car to. I will not be returning to Mavis again and will tell my family and friends to do the same!
