UPDATE WITH PICS AFTER THIS FIRST REVIEW..... the runaround and wait time for an oil change and brake check (for new brakes they replaced that are *noisy* still after 3 weeks) is unacceptable. Have returned 3 times for brake issue , got oil changed elsewhere after waiting over an hr only to be told they are too busy and to bring it back. Which i have, twice now, just left again with no resolve or mechanic to check their brake work. Specially told them i hv mon/tues off and was assured things would be looked at only to be told a certain mechanic wont be in til wed!!! Wasted my time and gas to no resolve. Once brakes (under warranty) are checked/greased/adjusted or whatever needs to be done to stop the noise, i will not be back!UPDATE: after speaking with the phone number that was listed for me to call last week we set up yet a fifth appointment for me to go in and have the front brakes checked yet again. The mechanic took my car for a drive and said he heard a little bit of noise so he cleaned it up. And I was sent on my way and told he did this to the brakes and we'll take it from there. My brakes now are sounding and screeching so bad that I sound like a school bus to the point the guys at work tell me they can hear me coming before they can see me coming! So still feeling not right with the brakes at all I took it for a second opinion free thorough brake checkI HAVE again, BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT THESE BRAKES SINCE DAY ONE! Today was my 6th visit to this particular shop for the same issue. I went back there today only to be told no one can help me and I have to bring it back tomorrow. I have since called the phone number back and now I am waiting for the regional manager Christian to ph me in a few hours! At this point I don't know if I trust these guys to work on my vehicle anymore, I don't know if I'm ever going to feel safe! At this point I either want a whole new brake job free of charge because I am only 4,000 mi in to the warranty, or I want a full refund so I can take my vehicle elsewhere!Below are the pictures I took today to prove the wrong brake pads exist, and to show that there is absolutely no grease anywhere! And grooves on discs are Not normal.I am not THAT customer. I deal with customers every day and I am not that customer!I will keep you all posted

Cool people good service

I had such a pleasant experience at this location for my car services. Juan, the car mechanic, is to thank for that. He was really nice and explained everything my car needed in a honest and helpful manner. Juan is the best and I will be returning just for my car to be serviced by him and seek more help specifically from him in the future!!!!
