Very helpful at the front desk and got my vehicle out fast

Went into Mavis on my lunch break to get a quick fix for my hole in my tire. Clayton in the office was so friendly and professional! It didnt try to pressure me buy anything but gave me good info on pricing for tires in the future. He patched my tire up (free of charge) and I was out the door in 20 minutes!

Sunday 3 pm I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire from a nail. However, my luck changed when I found Mavis, the only nearby tire shop with an opening. Mel and Clayton greeted me warmly and were extremely helpful. They efficiently took my information and began working on my tire. Although it couldn't be repaired, they kindly offered a replacement without additional costs. With my children and a tight schedule, I appreciated their prompt solution and was quickly back on the road. Clayton's outstanding service and compassion made the experience truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Mavis and will certainly return for future help. Thank you very much! If I may suggest one improvement, it would be to update and clean the children's waiting area, as the toys are dirty and outdated.

I traveled from Georgia to pick up my camper in South Carolina, and needed to replace the tires. Alex and Clayton from Mavis tires greeted me with a friendly smile helped me out immediately change the tires and they were so friendly and helpful. I bought them lunch.10 out of 10 would recommend !

Simply the best service I have ever received for tires. Everyone from the Manager to the techs were polite, extremely knowledgeable and cared about my needs. I will never buy tires from anywhere else. Thanks is an understatement.
