Shannon was phenomenal. Helped us out with a flat on our Mercedes and was honest. Did our service A as well. Ill be bringing my BMW in for a full repair that will be at least 50% cheaper. Super quick and super easy. Cannot recommend this NTB enough!

I went there bc my boyfriend works there. My name's Katherine and they were so nice and very friendly and helpful. Even tho I went to get air in my tires, the lady mechanic that helped me(Hethar)was there as soon as I pulled up asking what she could do for me. Very great crew and vibes!

**One star is too generous**Was here 3/8 for front strut replacements on my car (no warning lights on when I arrived). When I returned to pick-up my vehicle I was notified that the mechanic damaged my wheel speed sensor in the process...conveniently I was informed AFTER I had paid for the struts. I was told that regardless of the 4 warning lights on, the vehicle was "safe" to drive and to return on Monday so they could replace the damaged part - mind you, my anti-lock braking system & vehicle stability control were disengaged as they're subcomponents of the wheel speed sensor. I got the run-around for 4 days with Natalie who didn't call once to follow-up as promised. After getting the fix through the dealer I had also come to learn that the spark plugs installed at NTB/Mavis in February hadn't been tightened properly so all 6 needed to be replaced and the engine inspected for potential damage.**Simply put: Unprofessional, unqualified, no accountability, waste of time & money, expect mistakes, avoid at all costs**

Just dropped off my wheels and tires to get new ones mounted and balanced. Shannon helped me out at the front counter and was very professional and friendly. Good communication across the team to what we needed done.

Excellent customer service. Chase has helped me more than once always let me know what needs to be done. He never makes me feel pressured into getting work. He explains what I need done and why I need it done. I will continue to come back here.
