I stopped in today with a nail in my tire and expected to have a lengthy wait along with a hefty price tag. The staff was incredible and customer service was great. I was there for all of 25 minutes with no appointment and the price was very fair. Bob and that team over there are all stars. I dont leave reviews so for me to post one it was exceptional. Thanks.

I had taken my car in for oil change and a headlight. They broke a reservoir while changing oil. Accidents happen. They will pay for it, I was assured. Took two days to get car back and charged $166 for just the oil change. I said what about the two days without my car...$15 off. Wow. $154 for an oil change. 3 months ago I paid $108. Guess I paid for the part they broke. They said oil prices fluctuate all the time. Uhh, okay. Why are they fixed on the service cost board then? Not truthful. Too many other places to go than deal with liars.

I cant compliment this place enough. Theyre always super helpful. Started taking my car there 6 months ago, now with a new car, theyre giving all the support and checking everything I need to be careful with, and also giving me advice about the future concerns.

Don't waste your time, especially if you're a woman. Took my car in 10 days ago for a TPMS light and my car computer showed my front driver tire was down to 20 PSI and the rest were 35/36. I asked for them to look for a nail or something. They didn't find anything and filled it back up. Fast forward 8 days and light comes back on and same tire was just as low. I take it back in today and had a crap experience. When checking out I said "what's the verdict?" Meaning what did they find and the cashier says "there was a nail in your tire" I'm thinking it was clearly missed last time, would be a hell of a coincidence if not. They claim no and the supposed tech that looked at it last time happened to be standing at the desk and immediately claimed ALL of my tires were overinflated to 38 last time. I asked why my paperwork said the opposite and asked why my TPMS light came on for overinflated tires. The next 5 minutes was him trying to tell me over and over the car computer was wrong and I was wrong and the tires were overinflated. I said fine, paid and went to the car. Came back in with the paperwork from 10 days ago where it clearly states they were low and he starts stammering and is all confused now. Interesting how when provided with written proof it's a different story. Its annoying that I had to pay a second time for what should have been fixed 10 days ago but the money isn't the point. The tech was relentless in his verbal accusations when I'm questioning the validity of his statements. Not at all professional. What he doesn't know is I worked on cars at dealerships for nearly 25 years until last year. I'm not some random woman who doesn't know what they're talking about. But he sure tried to make me feel like it. I dont even care about the money, it's the principal. Just own it and say "we missed it last time, our bad" instead of arguing with me and trying to make me look and feel stupid and crazy.

My tire has a hole and needs to be replaced and a new tire ordered. The service staff were very enthusiastic and even helped me replace it with a spare tire for free. Five star rating!
