Mavis Tires and Brakes in Cambridge, MA

I dropped my car overnight to be serviced due to a tire losing air, picked it up the next day and was told the tire just needed a patch up and would be all set for a while moving forward fast forward 6 hours later Im going 70 on the highway and the tire light comes on, 10 seconds later Im in the break down lane with a flat tire! Called the manager today to let them know about the issue and how terrible the service was as well as the result yeah Ill see who did it not a simple sorry not a I am terribly sorry to hear that just 6 words not correcting an issue. This place and the service is a joke dont waste your time or money. Talk about the worst service that could result in serious accidents. The management and staff need to be trained on proper service and basic customer service attitude. NEVER AGAIN!

Manager was great at multitasking on a busy morning and handling many urgent matters for walk-in customers and communication with a wealth of knowledge on all products as well.

Very helpful and friendly- came in for a flat tire and they made sure to fit me into a busy schedule today!

Kurt was awesome. I had a flat and he had me in that morning. Got me set up with the right tires I wanted and did not try to upsell me stuff I did not want. Very friendly and helpful.

Went in this morning for a flat tire after hitting debris on the highway. Got there shortly after opening, and they were able to take care of me in a little over an hour (even on a holiday weekend). The assistant manager Elest was fantastiche listened to my concerns and was very transparent about everything. The service manager Cal took the time to make sure that nothing else on my car got damaged from the debris. She also let me know some parts on my car I'd probably need replaced/looked at soon, but there was no hard sell or anything. The price was super fair. Overall, really happy with my experience there, and I'll be going back next time my car needs new tires.Edit: Just went back to this Mavis after a year and a half, and I'm happy to report that I still received excellent and transparent service, this time from Kurt.
