On 4/18/2025 at 1:15 I arrived at the NTB in Covington, La. As I entered the sbove business I was greated by a white female. I explained to her what I needed done to my daughters vehicle. She stated that she would have me to speak to a service tech. Several minutes later I was greated by a white male who asked what I needed. I stated that I needed two new front tires and a front end alignment. He then proceeded outside to my daughters car. He apparently got the license plate number, mileage and tire size. He then proceeded back into the business and ran down the price list on the tires. The tires I chose were the best that they had in stock (200.00 a tire). He advised me that the front end alignment was an additional 120.00. I agreed to the total price of 520.00, not including tax, tire disposal and any other fees. Around 2:00 the above female approached me and advised that the above vehicle was on the rack and would be worked on very shortly. At 4:00 I walked outside and proceeded around the corner of the business towards the maintenance bays. I observed the obove vehicle in the second bay, still on the ground with the old tires still on the vehicle. I also observed the hood to be in the open position. I asked and white male who apparently was some type of shop foreman, why ws the hood open? He stated they were doing an under the hood inspection. I advised him that I did not ask for a under the hood inspection nor was I paying for it. I also advised him that I had been there for almost four hours and no work had been performed on the vehicle. He advised me that I did not have an appointment and I was a walk-in. He further advised me that all appointments were priority. I said that I was spending over 500.00 dollars with this business and never was asked if I had an appointment. Nor was I ever advised that appointments were taken ahead of walk-ins. In the end I had them remove the vehicle from the second bay. I left the above business and swore that I would never set foot in that business again. That business is as sorry as it gets for a tire shop. I think a sloth could move faster than they were moving. If I was limping down the road on a flat and came upon this business, I would keep on limping down the road and take the chance on ruining a rim. I only gave this business one star because that is the lowest scoe that I could give. In reality I wish I could have given them a score of minus five. They wasted my time, lost a customer for life and lost out on over 500.00 of business. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache and frustration of spending numerous hours while nothing is being done. Your time is not valuable to them, only to you.They are just trying to make it to closing time. (6:00) This business is all about what you can get out doing, not how much you can get done.

Had an appointment for a tire rotation at 10:00 am. Its now 11:34 am and my car has yet to be moved. Im done here.
