The guys here were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in and out in a very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone for your vehicle service needs.

Got 4 new Kelly Edge Tires for my 2016 Chevy Equinox LT for my basic needs to get me on the road real smoothly with a little more speed behind tge wheel & it is recommended & it's my first visit to this tire store.

I went in today & the call center had not let them know that i had an appointment 1. However the manager Amani Sstars -gave outstanding customer service & apologized that i was misinformed. Even though they are unstaffed him & his crew (2 others) got me in & out with much respect.I would highly recommend him and his 2 man crew-Now that is what true customer service i all about.

Stopped by there the other day to get an oil change. Amadi went above and beyond at getting me in and out fast. Definitely recommend this place.

Purchased an interstate battery with a 24 month warranty. On month 21 the battery died. I Called NTB to have it replaced and was told they are phasing out interstate batteries and changing over to Mavis and they would not replace it. I was told I needed to call interstate if I wanted it replaced. NTB/Mavis did offer to allow me to purchase another battery from them at full price. When I asked for a corporate number or contact for NTB/Mavis they said that was all available online and then hung the phone up. I want to make consumers aware of this business practice. They can sell you something today with a warranty, but if they decide to stop carrying that product tomorrow, they will not honor the warranty or offer any assistance in fixing the issue. I strongly advise other consumers to use a service shop with more integrity than this one.

Donny at the Decatur NTB is the best. I came in yesterday, 12/23/2024, with a leaking right rear tire, which he fixed for just $25. I woke up to 3 flat tires the next day, 12/24/2024, which he took care of with a great discount. On top of all that, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very concerned for my safety. I did not feel for even a second that he was trying to get extra money out of me because I'm a widow with little experience dealing with car repair. Thank you, Donny! You've earned a customer for life!

Donny, the manager at the Decatur, AL NTB/Mavis location, is awesome! He's friendly, informative, treats his customers with respect and ensures they're aware of the work that needs to be done. Just as important, he treats his employees with respect. Unfortunately, it seems more and more businesses are unaware of how to provide customer service. Donny, however, obviously knows the importance of providing that service. Thank you, Donny, for being a great manager!
