Mavis Discount Tire in Howell, NJ

Mavis in Howell is absolutely horrible. I bought brand new tires a year ago. They messed up my alignment. Less than 10,000 miles on these tires and I need two new ones the rear ones are bald. I will never go back to Mavis again. Absolutely horrible experience. Their idea of a warranty is prorating the price of new tires. I will never trust them with my vehicle again.

I will never go to the Mavis In Howell anymore. Mavis In Brick is amazing drive the extra 20 to 30 minutes as well worth it. I had an appointment for 5 oclock. I showed up at 10:05. The lady at the front counter had no idea what she was doing. I have a full tire warranty And she told me that I would have to pay for it when Im not. On top of all that aggravation I sat there for 20 minutes waiting to find out what was going on. No one ever came to me after 30 minutes of waiting. I finally went up and said are you guys taking my car? I had an appointment. They had three people working on one car.
