Mavis Tires and Brakes in Milledgeville, GA

Bought a full set of tires, air kept going out, they forgot to put cap back on and went back to get one they gave me a cheap one I drive a Toyota, went to get my oil changed months later where I get it changed for the part 11 years they found that there were to many weights on the tires, that was 60 more $, after I left there went to mavis tried to explain and she didn't want to listen, I ask kindly to call corporate she did, they are refunding my $60 . WaitingNever will go there againHire people that know how to work with tires had to give 1 star to post0 ??

The store manager is the sweetest. Very nice and polite.This morning I noticed a customer being rude to her. She kept her cool. She stayed professional. Great job, store manager D!

Great customer service. The store manager is very helpful and super cute. She has a beautiful smile. I wonder if she is married? Store manager, if you see this, look me up. I'm the guy with the black old school. I would love to take you out. Mavis has a great store manager she can get all my money. I'm trying to find a reason to go there soon.

Worst service ever, so many mistakes, errors. I went in the day before and set everything up. Ordered tires, also wanted an alignment and all 4 tire pressure sensors replaced. Wanted everything done in the one visit. Put a small deposit down to order the tires, should have been easy. I was given a price and a time to drop off. Arrived on time, wife met me at the store and we planned to do some shopping while the tires were being replaced. Drove by and it looked like work had stalled so I stopped in? They said the wrong phone number had been put in the computer and they had tried to call me. First, they had an invalid telephone number for me, so I couldnt be contacted. The reason, I was given the incorrect price for the sensors and they needed approval for the price difference, now its going to cost $400 dollars more than quoted, really. They have a set price to replace even though Im already paying to have the tires removed and balanced, I declined! Came back at 5:30, they close at 6pm and my truck still hadnt been aligned. I asked to forget doing the alignment and just wanted to pay for the tires and leave. Maybe 10 minutes later they pulled my truck up to the door and my wife gets in. Went over to ask her if it has any problems to call and not wait till we get home. While at the door I noticed warning lights having to do with tire pressure! 2 of my sensors still worked. Thought it might be an error on the 2 working sensors, NOT. Had gotten out my gauge and checked, all 4 new tires were way way off. How can that be, everybody knows recommend tire pressure are printed on the drivers door pillar. This is a 3/4 ton pickup rear tire pressure is 75 lbs, one was at 38lb. All 4 tires were off 25 lbs each. Had them fill the lowest one, but spent 30 minutes the next morning getting them correct. I came here to find a new place to get tires and have basic services taken care of. Fairly new location here in Milledgeville, thinking tires are there bread and butter and would do a good job, wrong. Worst service ever and the manager knew. Gave them a week to call me but I havent heard a word, thats why Im posting this. Lost a new customer for good.

Stopped by to get a set of rims and tires moved from one vehicle to another. There were two ladies in the office. One stayed on the phone the entire time and took forever to greet me. Once I asked the question, they didnt have an answer because there was no employees that showed up And they didnt even know they didnt have employees in the bay. So they had no one to ask or confirm if they could do what I needed . Absolutely terrible customer service. And honestly, they acted like they could care less to have the business.

I came in with all sorts of issues with a warranty company. Marcus front desk was so helpful in calling them waiting on them and providing my service under warranty. I recommend this specific mavis in milledgeville I come here for everything.

Mavis in Milledgeville Ga is the best tire place here, staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The manager is excellent.
