Mavis Discount Tire in New York Mills, NY

I went to Mavis on Commercial Dr over a month ago. And still trying to resolve the issues that occurred. Waiting for a refund on the light bulbs they changed but only had asked for a diagnosis. They would have had to put 2 in to see if that was the problem.2nd issue: the dent in the side of my car that they said could not have happened by them and will not send me the pictures that were taken by Chris of the first day when my car was brought in. Just to prove if im incorrect. Its .3rd issue: The manager was still on the topic of headlights 3 days after that issue was resolved. So again they were up messing with my high beams now and broke the part that holds the light bulb. And told me I needed to buy a new headlight assembly bc its corrosion that was the issue. There was never a bunch of plastic in my headlight assembly until they touched it a whole separate day from when that job was completed. they said they would give it to me at a discounted rate for a new one... There was no reason why they needed to be messing with headlights when the issue was already resolved?!?! But Im told Im wrong and no one from corporate will listen to any of these issue. Will reimburse me for the changing of the lights. I just dont understand why these places are so great when they do everything right but the second they are wrong they completely disregard the issue and turn on you and youre the person in the wrong. Now I cant even get them to send me copies of the work orders for both days. This has been such an incredible inconvenience. Going on over a month almost or over that dealing with this. Im at a loss and feel Im just being ignored at this point.

This place is the worst. Made a appointment for first thing in the morning but still had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a simple inspection! finally had to walk out exasperated after they brought other cars in ahead of me. Amateurish

Matt the manager is very professional. He did not encourage or pressure me to get service that was not necessary. Wait time was minimal. Overall great experience Have and will recommend this shop to my friends.

They did a great job. Matt is amazing and is always so helpful and kind. The other staff was great as well.
