Came in for a quick brake and battery check and they had us in and out super fast compared to where Ive been in the past! Completely recommend this place also for the wonderful customer service. Thank you!

Great and quick service with a friendly staff

On the road from Atl - Fla and my truck had problems.. Pulled up at 415. They djiahnosed the problem, changed my water pump, and had my family and I back on the road by 545.. they were supposed to close at 5 pm. On a Sunday, nonetheless..A1 service.

Went into Mavis Tires and Brakes 2 days ago. I was quoted a certain price over the phone when I got to the store I was told another price $100 more than I was quoted. Matt went over and beyond to make sure the price I paid was close to what I was quoted earlier that day. Matt was very patient and kind. I thank you for helping me out as best as you could. Matt you went over and beyond for me and my mother. I just want to thank you so much. If you need any help with your vehicle. Matt is your go to person for all of your car needs.

Mavis in Troy, Dothan and Savannah have always helped me get the right product on my vehicles. They are smart, informative and competent. The whole Mavis Team across SE has consistently impressed me, we have 7 vehicle and 4 tandem trailers. This is my 3rd year with Mavis! ***CORRECTED REVIEW ***This company has a pattern of treating people horribly, with no accountability or basic human decency. Theyre involved in multiple lawsuits- one of which being tied to this exact store. Its not just bad customer serviceiit's a company-wide culture of negligence and disregard for human lives and how they operate as a whole.

My experience was great went to Walmart they didnt have the tire to fit my car I just learn about this place in they have almost everything you need
