Not the best place I've been too, but also not the worst. Staff are really nice, tires competitively priced, but I did not have the best service experience. Had an issue when the tires I wanted were installed one had a defect from the factory. So the manager came to me and we ageed to put on a more expensive tire if they absorbed some of the cost (this was suggested by them). The deal ended up changing at least 3 times before I finally paid. first was going to be around 200$ off, then changed to 40$ off each tire and when I finally paid ended up being $100 off the tires and 20$ off the alignment. Also one of my rims was significantly damaged and 2 other have minor damage where the tires were incorrectly broken off the rim which could have been avoided by simply slowing down.

We scheduled an appointment here for 9 AM for an oil change. We dropped our car off 15 minutes early and they said it would take two hours for an oil change two hours later we went back and the car had not moved. We were busy so we had to take our car back they prioritize higher paying customers over appointment times we had an appointment scheduled, but they completely disregarded that so frustrated taking my car somewhere else for an oil change was considering getting tires here, but not any longer. Well go someplace else

Came in last week with a screw in my tire, which turned out to be two screws. LT made sure the new tire got put on the rim and didn't try to upsell me at all when I told him we would put it on ourselves. He also gave me multiple options for tires that were in various price ranges, not just the most expensive.They also did a great job fixing some things on my husbands car that they found during his inspection.The work they do here is top quality and done in a timely manner, every time. I've taken my car here for different reasons over the years and I will continue to do so!

Arrived before 8am opening, when I went after opening i was greeted by I believe Sean. He had taken the initiative to look outside and survey those who had pulled up for potential work. He had Entered my license plate and knew my vehicle information. I was very impressed. What a great way to get started.I had come in to get a tire patch,balance, and rotate. The technician let me know that the two back tires were very thin on tread. I pretty much knew this. But not to What extent.Either way, I was super impressed that I was received well without an appointment and everything I needed done to my company truck was completed. The really great thing is that I got two new tires, a balance and rotate without an appointment and I was out in one hour.That is freaking amazing and I am so thankful because it made my entire dayThank you so much

LT was GREAT! My brother and I were having trouble getting a transmission fluid level plug out so we called up NTB and LT told us to bring it by and hed help us out. it only took him a few minutes and he told us he wouldnt charge us. He really cares about his customers and just loves to help people out. Excellent customer service

Heh you guys were so good to us! Traveling from Palmyra back home to Pennsylvania we drove into a washed out road and got a flat. By chance, we pulled into the parking lot of the Open Door Baptist Church to assess the damage. It was about 3:30pm on a Sunday. Good luck trying to get roadside assistance! Some ladies from a Bible Study that finished eventually came out. One of them even offered to change the tire! They suggested we try NTB about a mile up the road. It was now a little after 4pm and NTB closed at 5pm. We caravaned with our emergency flashers and drove into NTB. What great help you guys gave us! First the wheel lock key was missing so you had to use a special socket. Then they put air in the tire which seemed to hold but there was a big dent in the rim. Then they mounted our donut and found a replacement lugnut. A little after 5 we were on our way to a sisters house about 125 miles or half the way home. Heh I sincerely mean it when I say that when I get to my Lords heaven and I see angels in blue overalls with lots of tatoos, I wont be amazed because Ive already met some at NTB in Culpeper??
