Amazing service! They got me in right away at the end of the day on a Sunday to repair a tire that was leaking because it picked up a screw. They were honest about the issue, made reasonable recommendations, and didnt push any additional services or new tires. In fact, they told me I have life left in my tires! The price of the service was very reasonable and the staff was very friendly and reassuring. I will definitely return. Thank you!!

Was able to get in here quickly after an oil change appointment I booked somewhere else got lost. But, they didn't have a part on hand they needed. That would've been fine, had they let me know they needed to order it and letting me schedule a time to come back later, they didn't tell me, and had me wait out in their lobby for 80 minutes. They were kind enough to give a small discount for the wait, but I'd much rather have just come back later and not waste the time. Wouldn't recommend coming here if you've got other options.

Had a hell of a time tryn to get a wheeloff my sons car! Couldn't get it off so took it to Mavis they got them off quickly! Very professional amd polite! I've always had good experiences with Mavis! Will Go back and will recommend!!

Today , I had a great experience with a gentleman named curtis. I thought I had a nail in my tire because my tire was low, and the TPS light was on. After inspection, he told me I did not have a nail in my tire, But I did have a small piece of metal, he showed me. However, The metal did not puncture the tire, and After all tires were inspected I was on my way. I appreciate his honesty and the time he took (about 20 min) to look at all my tires to make sure that these were OK, and he didn't try and charge me! Kudos and much appreciated, I'll be back for service in the future!

Absolutely horrible. My sister took her car to have a flat repaired. After the repair was done by mavis, the fire was flat again in a few hours. She took it to another shop in Janesville and found out that they drilled too big of a hole and it was unable to be repaired! She had to buy a brand new tire! Went into the establishment and asked to speak to a manager, worker was completely rude and making excuses about what happened. No manager has contacted us. This place has horrible customer service and no one is our family will ever be returning.

These guys were awesome. They took me in on very short notice on my way to the airport to diagnose a sudden loud screeching sound coming from my front left tire. Fixed the issue and sent me on my way within 15 minutes. Saved my trip!
