I had a great experience at Mavis! They were quick to help with a service issue, and were communicative throughout the repair process. The customer service was great, and I will definitely return next time I need work done! Totally recommend this place, and the gentleman who answered the phone, who I think was named Eddie, was absolutely terrific! 10/10 service??

I bought my tires online and made an appointment for installation at this store. My appointment was for 9am.However, the staff could not find my appointment and claimed that the tires were not delivered.After showing them the tire delivery and appointment confirmation email, they found my tires and appointment.Then they took a quick look at my car parked outside and told me that the alignment was very bad and needed to be adjusted.I couldn't understand how they could judge the condition without properly checking it. They were obviously giving me false advice to convince me to do unnecessary additional service.Just last week I had my car fully inspected and they found out that it needed an alignment and new tires. I had already had the alignment done and bought the tires so I came to this store for the installation.I was already frustrated but decided to be patient since I had an appointment.However, after 2 hours they still hadn't started working on my car.When I asked how much longer I would have to wait, the staff was very rude and just told me that they were busy as if I was a nuisance.I don't know his name, but he was very thin, had a beard, and wore thick, black, horn-rimmed glasses.He seemed to be training a new employee because he kept explaining things to them whenever he took an action. I'm concerned that the new employee might learn improper work practices.The other customers who were waiting were also frustrated. I spoke with them briefly, and they had the same complaints as I did.I have owned several vehicles and have been to this store every time I had a tire problem, but I never want to come here again.I will never come here again and will advise people around me not to go there either.This place is a dishonest shop that takes advantage of customers lack of knowledge about cars to benefit themselves.I urge anyone reading this to seriously reconsider visiting this place.
