These techs are the best at what they do. I got exceptional, knowledgeable, and professional service during my visit for brakes and tires. I also left some money in the little pocket by the radio in my car and it was untouched their integrity speaks true. 10/10 would recommend everyone come here.

One of the new managers, Christiana, is very knowledgeable and accommodating to her clients. The work on the vehicle was done properly and efficiently and was completed sooner than expected. I will definitely bring my vehicle back in the future.

They do steal from your car here please be careful dropping off anything here. What should have been a $33 tire change ended up costing me about $60 after property loss and replacement from theft. I purchased a bottle of brake fluid from O'Reilly 3/1 It was DOT 3 black bottle/label with checkered flag background on label I believe brand is either Mag 1 or Lucas. Whoever worked on my car at Mavis Friday 4/18 stole it from my car from under my hood Friday when I got my car tire repaired there and they checked my battery. Please return my brake fluid to me and I will update this review to let people know it was returned with a higher rating if no problems. My brake fluid was under my hood. It was there Friday before drop off and now gone. No one else could have accessed this. They are not answering their phone since then and there is no ability to leave a message on the phone plus there is no easily accessible way on their website for me to email or message at this time. If you drop your vehicle off here make sure to document anything you leave in your car and check that everything is in your vehicle before leaving. Check under the hood as well and in your trunk. For me I have a brake fluid leak and I have to make sure my brake fluid is topped off. Keeping my brake fluid topped off is literally important for others' safety and my safety by impacting my ability to stop. For it to be stolen by Mavis employees when I go out of my way to plan to have enough brake fluid so I can drive safely really upsets me. My dad is a mechanic and he is who has me leave the brake fluid in the spot I put it. I was very trusting because I know how my dad works for others. But this is a lesson I will never trust other mechanics not to steal from my car ever again.

This place is awesome. Employees are Super friendly and actually care about your vehicle. They do everything the proper way and still do it efficiently. Super fast.
