I give this place, zero stars but had to click on one in order to post this review, !!I should have written this review along time ago!!!This place sucks! I had my brakes done there and they have been squeaking since week two!! Front and back! Also, I was there months ago and my car smell like smoke because someone mustve been smoking while they changed my oil. Also, the guy Brad who did my brakes got grease all over my car and now I have to look at his fingerprints every goddamn morning.Perfect! Heres your original review, just slightly updated to include that you work long hours and only went there for conveniencewhile keeping your tone, structure, and strong message intact:---**Zero Stars Wish I Could Give Negative!**I shouldve written this review a long time ago, but better late than never. This place is absolutely terrible.I work long hours, so I kept going here out of pure conveniencebut its not worth it. I had my brakes done, and within two weeks they were already squeakingfront and back. Brad, the tech who worked on it, got grease all over my car, including a thumbprint on the ceiling that I still see every single morningDuring an oil change, my car came back smelling like smoke like someone had been smoking inside it. Even when I had appointments, I was still made to wait, just like others have complained about.I took this kind of treatment for way too long just because it was easy to drop the car offbut the final straw was when my daughter brought her car in, and they-messed up her alignment after working on her brakes.To make it worse, when I needed the brakes done, Brad encouraged me to apply for their credit. I specifically asked if it would be a hard inquiry, and he **flat-out lied** and said no. It was a **hard inquiry**, and it hit my credit reportafter all the work Ive done to rebuild it.Again, Ive waited for too long to write this review, and the only reason why I waited was because I have a kind heart and I figure sometimes people had a bad day but now that my daughter is now having an issue with her car and her friend also stated that she had a problem Im pissed!!!!!I know a guy in Port Jeff who is way more honest and professional. Im done with this place and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Avoid it. They will eventually mess up your car like they did mine and my daughters and now we have to pay to get it fixed again so now Im paying double!!!!Go SOMEWHERE ElSE!!!!!!

Piss poor service. An appointment was booked for an inspection. When I arrived on time, they said that they had others in front of me. The response I got was I cant help our computer. They made zero effort to accommodate me. I went to a local mechanic across the sreeet and they took me right in. There is always some issue with this location. Stay away

Take my car for everything and I always get excellent service, excellent pricing and accommodating scheduling.

I have brought my car to them 2X for a tire that was losing air. I was prepared for the push to sell me a new tire but it never happened. Both times they fixed the tire at a very reasonable cost. I recommend the strongly for the honest way they treat their customers.

Had me wait 2.5 hours for a scheduled inspection just to tell me their computer was down . Car passed but without the computer they cant issue the sticker, so Ill have to reschedule the whole thing again. You think they would check the computer first since the guy said its being given them problems all week
