Mavis Tires and Brakes in Wilkesboro, NC

While traveling back from vacation, our car started screeching and making strange noises. So, we decided to pull into Mavis Tires & Brakes. They made a few quick adjustments to ensure we could get home safelyand did it free of charge!The employees were extremely friendly and had everything fixed within an hour so we could get back on the road. Kelvin was super accommodating and made sure he kept us updated throughout the repairs!

Fantastic experience! Thank you Poncho!I had been out running errands, and just pulled into a parking space right outside of town, and noticed that my light came on saying that my pressure was low in my tire and it just kept steadily getting lower so I ran down to Mavis since it was close by, I have not ever been there before, this would be my first experience there, so by the time I got there, it was almost completely flat, they came out immediately and helped me, my SUV was driven straight into the bay. I was in and out and ready to go in 30 minutes they were very kind accommodating and didnt charge me anything for it, but I paid them anyway. They deserved it. Poncho was my service man, Poncho did a great job and he was so humble,respectful, and very kind, I cant say enough, good things about him!

Super efficient! We were on the way home and hit a horrible ditch on the road. Luckily Mavis was open, Dalton and his coworker fixed up our tire and refilled our leaking brake fluid in 5 min! We were on the way and they did not charge us either. Incredible place. Very grateful for their service!
