NTB Tire & Service Centers in Germantown, MD

Picked up a nail this morning in one of my tires and was able to get it fixed on the fly. Not the first time this store has been able to do that. This is a really great store and the people are kind and helpful. I really appreciate the help to get the day back on track. :)

The NTB Germantown store and manager did a great job of assuring me that they could remove frozen wheel nuts after another NTB location was unable to do so. Mechanic did an excellent job of removing wheel locks and replacing with new ones to avoid issues when rotating tires in future. I would highly recommend the Mavis-NTB in Germantown.

Service was nice! The staff was polite and attentive! Would highly recommend!

Awesome place to go

Bit of a mixed bag here. Came in for an alignment, and it took 4 tries to get it done properly, when it should have only taken 2 (due to a broken part). That being said, each time it was taken back no questions asked. In the end, I even received a full refund for the trouble, so not really a big deal.Round 1: Go in for an alignment, around $130. Leave, notice steering is still crooked.Round 2: Come back, different mechanic (Markell?) inspects the car, takes me back to points out that tie rod bushings are shot. Okay, that explains why the alignment didn't hold, but why didn't the first mechanic notice, when he literally had to adjust the clearly broken part to correctly do the alignment? Got quoted around $450 for replacing both. It's about $45 each for the original part from Subaru, and an hour of work.Round 3: I order the part, replace it, and drop off my car for the third time. Steering is still very clearly off.Round 4: I take it back, thankfully, this time it was done properly!
