Went to this location for some service and inspection on my 2004 CRV and it was pretty busy. I must say, the way Steve manages customers expectations, provides updates in real time and maintains an exceptionally professional and friendly demeanor is what I consider high quality service! I have experienced half ass technicians who could not care less about my time or quality of their work but Steve even test drives my car before returning it to me. When I mentioned to him that other places dont do that, he told me his priority is the safety of his customers and their families! Stellar! For that, I will continue to bring my car to the beacon location as long as he is there ??

Best mechanic shop in the area. Steven, assistant manager, was especially helpful and very knowledgeable. He explained and showed me my cars issues perfectly.I was in an out rather quickly for an oil change and full all around new brake pads and rotors. I highly recommend coming here for you next auto fix.

Don't waste your time. I was told by an employee that for an inspection, I could drop off my car the night before. When I showed up, I was then told that inspections are by appointment only and they were booked. Go to a place where the employees know what they are doing.

Great service, solid labor pricing.

given then numerous chances every time they fail. got my car back with no lug nuts on 2 rims, came to a super flat brand new tire. new tires were put on the back of a FWD car. took my car for oil change and 02 sensor change came back with 2 extra lights. did an alignment and my wheel is still off to the left also pulls to left. one mechanic grind my transmission in my face trying to reverse and drive forward. it seems these guys are learning as they go. great front desk staff though always apologetic and try to help.
