At first I thought that they were very helpful and nice and wanting to help me figure out the issue with my vehicle that didnt last long as soon as they did figure out what I needed I was told they would try to get the part I needed and let me know well I called back multiple times within weeks for updates because I didnt ever get a call. I had to show up there to get someone to call to see if it was covered under my extended warranty then its been at least 3 weeks if not more waiting on word on this part that I was told multiple times was ordered and they would check why they didnt receive it so I ended up calling customer service for that store for help they contacted the store and they were told the part would be in tomorrow and they were going to call me well I bet you can guess I never got the call so I called in again and got a guy said he was manager and said they were not going to be able to help me with this after I waited 3 weeks I was told the part would be in one day I was even told an amount it would cost me and all of a sudden they cannot help me now my tire is going flat from the parking break rubbing on it wrong and they knew this the entire time making me wait and wait and wait for absolutely nothing !! Thanks mavis for not a damn thing and simply waisting my time! I call back recently to get a copy of what they discovered for the dealership so they know and while looking the lady on the phone said it showed I came in a week ago and got breaks put on my vehicle under my name and information I didnt even have my vehicle at the time it said I brought it in it was getting fixed at the dealership. I am not sure what is going on with this location but its been one issue after another for me and nothing good came from any of it.

Had a flat and and they got me in and out in the 1hr with a full set of tires. Best prices in town.

Got turned down by multiple places because I had large off-road tires. These guys did it No problem and for a fair price. They were friendly and fast. Got my new tires mounted and balanced in less than 2 hours.

I got back in town from Raleigh around 5:35pm and my tire pressure light on. I was able to come here and get air put in my tire for free. I highly recommend Mavis Tires and Brakes!

Just called to ask about tire services and woman who answered phone was inaudible and when asked what she said she hung up on me .
