Mavis Tires and Brakes in Hiram, GA

I do doubt whether all the work that I paid for was done because of the lack of small attention to detail. I'm taking my vehicle to another Mavis to have the alignment checked under the warranty I paid for.Only 2 of the new tires had valve stem cover caps on the stems. And they weren't mine (they were the generic plastic ones).They forgot or lost my personal valve stem caps, and then didn't even put on caps on all of them.... so that's dumb and annoying.It actually makes me wonder if they did everything I paid for... like the alignment too.Otherwise...Good price on tires. Good price on the alignment and warranty. And customer service is good. Christina and Donna and front desk good.

This location is #1 because of the Customer Service. They have the fastest service, the most reasonable prices, and several other competitors completely missed all of the parts that are damaged and needing replacement on the front end of my car before I can get a 4 wheel alignment. It needs: LH and RH front axels, front struts, rear shocks, and a few other issues resolved BEFORE I get the alignment done. The competition (3 other shops, by the way), missed the damaged components altogether, and were going to charge me for an alignment that would have been pointless if I did not change bad parts out before a proper alignment can be done. Donna is the person who got my car into their shop ASAP, and I got an estimate within minutes. They saved me time and money. I know what needs to be done to have the entire chassis and front end /all suspension & even brakes fixed. The brakes on the front were 99% gone, and the rear were 96% gone. I just left another shop you pass by, and they said my rear brakes were excellent. Come here to the Hiram Mavis store for the best, and most reliable repairs. I hope u do not have to get your work done elsewhere. It took time to find this place and write this message for them. God bless you!
