Excellent service! My husband and I came in today and needed windshield wipers replaced for our vehicle. My husband explained he couldn't put them on himself due to just having surgery on his wrist. The first set they put on and not realizing the arm that's connected to the wiper was bent and when we turned it on it broke again. I was like we'll crap now I'm out on wipers because I couldn't blame them for that. But they without hesitation they grabbed another blade adjusted it a bit and put it on and only charged me for 2 blades in total. They really take care for their customers, I'll be returning for future work on my vehicles m/ you guys rock!

As a woman, I never like going to garages or tire shops because its stressful but today was the first time Ive had a great experience. The manager Tim made it easy and stress free. He is great with the customers, including myself!

Clean professional garage.I am usually iffy about bringing my Wifes car anywhere other than a dealership. Its just peace of mind knowing wife and kids are riding safe and I am particular about my cars. I have had experiences with some garages getting grease inside the vehicle or Putting The new inspection sticker over the old sticker which is a pet peeve for me.My dad swore by going to see Tim and his team at Mavis in Tunkhannock, He said Tim takes care of the whole family. My dad knows how I am so I trusted he wouldnt refer them if they were not good.The inside was very clean. They have a nice area for you to wait With a window to the garage so you can see your vehicle being worked on if you wanted to. Tim Assured my concerns were not an Issue Nor did he make me feel like I was crazy for them being concerns. Tims team did a thorough inspection of the vehicle, they used seat covers, the mechanic wore gloves, my inspection sticker was fully removed and cleaned before putting the new ones on. I was very pleased by the way Tim carried himself and the way he interacted with his employees. I trust that my families car is safe and I am returning next week with another one of my vehicles.
