I only go to Mavis and I tell my friends to go to Mavis!

First and last time customer. Guy behind the counter was rude and had terrible attitude. I came as a walk in around 10:45 on a Saturday, looking for a simple patch, nothing major. I was told they were to busy because of tax season and the earliest they could see me was Monday morning at 8 unless someone canceled. I was told to check back later that day to see if someone had.I leave disappointed but understood his point. However, I went online to see if there were any openings and found one for an hour or so later. Being im not from Waycross, I had to kill an hour.I arrived back at my scheduled time, to be helped by a different gentleman, no complaints with him at all, but the guy who initially helped me saw me and immediately begin to sigh and roll his eyes that I was back in the store after i did exactly what he told me to do, check back later. I was willing to shrug that off and still give my business until he looked at me and rather sarcastically said I appreciate your confidence in what i said to you earlier that we wouldnt be able to get to you or something to that effect. I of course said i had appointment. In which he said doesnt really matter. If the scheduler doesnt matter why have it? I raised this point, yet he still argued saying it doesnt know what we got going on.I did nothing to deserve the rudeness from this guy, except try to give my business. At this point since he was giving, i gave back and promptly got my keys and left after letting a few expletives fly, bad on my part.I drove a mile or two down the road to Low Country Tire and my tire was patched and fixed within 30 mins for $30 .I would not recommend this business to anyone. It came recommended to me, however Ill be having a conversation with them about their choice of businesses. Will not return.I doubt anything will come of this but maybe someone will read this and think better of where they give their business, or maybe Mavis will retrain on customer service or basic politeness

I received an oil change at mavis tires and brakes on hicks street in waycross ga. And the service i recieved was wonderful. They were fast with my oil change,very clean and very nice. The owner chris was exceptionally pleasant. Thank you Mavis for making my visit very nice, and quick.
