Mavis Tires and Brakes in Graham, NC

I went to Mavis tires and brakes in Graham NC in February for brakes and rotors. I got the service I paid for. Thirty days later I got a crack in my rim because, the caliber wasn't put back properly causing a problem. I tow my vehicle to Spencer's in Burlington NC (awesome company). They showed me the damages and explained how my rim was cracked. I call the same Mavis to explain my situation, and John (new manager), with no questions said we'll fix it. Mavis replaced two rims and fixed the caliber that damaged the rims (FREE oF CHARGE). Courtesy, understanding, and dependable service is what I received. I am truly pleased with the work and professionalism I had with Mavis. I would go back, and tell anyone that the Mavis in Graham NC does great work.P.S.. the whole staff working there was polite and accommodating.

Great experience! Was visiting my daughter at college and her Jeep brakes seemed off to me. I dropped in and they checked out the car and even showed me the wear. Brakes were fine really, so I was reassured. No charge! We will go to Mavis when they are in need of replacement. Thanks!

After going to these guys twice, i thought they were official, but they will overwork these people to not be efficient, i got my brakes done on a Thursday at 7:00pm thinking this could not possibly be that of a hard job just to be told my control arm is unthreading and roter in the back needs replacing just for them to say its dangerous you should get it fix shows me a 900 dollar charge on top of the 500 i paid for the other stuff and say we don't have enough time today to do the work, its a 4 hour job but you got the tires brakes off why not when i asked if uts safe to drive i got no answers! Then i started driving on the highway this morning, and my car was making clicking noise it never did that before yall touched my car i was going 63 fine like always but then i went 76 and the entire car rattles which again never happened before! I got my car alinged last year said i needed brakes, and never said anything other, I have my family and other people i drove from Thuraday until now and said something is wrong with my steering wheel being so losses and infact i do remember it being more secure before the shotty work, i will be taking my car to a master mechanic to check the spec because this location i believe did not do me right.

I stopped in on a Sunday hoping to get my tire patched from a screw. The associate input all my information before even looking at the tire which was loose in the bed of my pickup truck. It wasn't until I pulled around that another associate came out to get the tire that he said that management probably wouldn't allow them to patch it because it was so close to the sidewall. I asked him to get the manager just to be sure. The manager came out and verified what the associate told me was true, which is fine. But here is my problem, the manager that came out stunk of weed. No way would I allow someone that is high to work on my vehicle much less my tire. I didn't have them try to patch the tire nor replace it. I went somewhere else.
