Stopped by to drop off a riding mower battery for recycling. Aaron generously took it for me. Appreciate the good customer service.

I had a blow out and was able to get over to NTB. THEY opened the doors a few minutes early to assist me! They didnt have the tire I. Stock and the asst. Manager went andp8cked the tire up from a different location. They were GREAT!!!

PLEASE PLEASE BE AWARE! BEFORE YOU GET YOUR BREAKS REPARED!!!I do not recommend( please read)We came in on Monday after we heard some grinding after we would break the car. Turns out we needed to replace the rear break pads. The woman who I spoke with said that she would have the mechanic come out and look, once he found out the issue, they began discussing the price they wanted to charge over $500 dollars to replace rear break pads. I was surprised by that amount and said we just want the rear break pads replaced nothing else she looked at us and said the $500 was just to replace the rear break pads I told the woman that the price was ABSOLUTELY over charged. The mechanic was next to use as we discussed pricing, and I said we wouldnt do it for the price he then began to negotiate $450 to replace, STILL way to high. To replace break pads are quite simple, the job takes about 30 minutes for the back two, the price to buy break pads varies from car to car, but ours we got from Oreileys for a pack of two for $50 dollars. Turns out the place right across the street (literally in walking distance from this place) would install the pads we bought and just charged the labor which was $70 (proof of that in the picture). This place brings me such disappointment. PLEASE BE AWARE and trust your gut.I attached a photo of the charges they tried to charge us. One from this place and the other where we got it replaced

I had an outstanding experience at the NTB location on 3590 Grapevine Mills Blvd, Grapevine, TX. On 3/26/25, I brought my Mercedes Benz ML350 in to have the front brakes replaced, and they did an excellent job. Not only was the work done quickly, but the price was also very reasonable. The team was professional and efficient, and Im thrilled with the results.A special shoutout to Lilly and Aaron for providing a fantastic customer experience. They were friendly, informative, and made the whole process seamless. Also, big thanks to Phil for doing an exceptional job with the brake replacement! I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of auto repairs. Great service all around!
