NTB Tire & Service Centers in Hampton, VA

Yall always do good by me the customer service and the techs yall do a good job and everybody should come here to get there car fix.

Took my truck to get an inspection, they failed it and said I needed new ball joints. Took it to a different place and they told me there's nothing wrong with my ball joints. So NTB tried to scam me with unnecessary work. This isn't the first time an NTB has tried to pull this on me either. One off battlefield in Chesapeake tried this years ago. Never trust NTB to be honest with you. I gave them a second chance and they blew it.

Rude customer service yall need to learn how to speak to people when they're in your business and let them know you'll be right with them instead of pretending you don't see them standing there don't go to this place

Made an appt for drop off Friday morning when dropped off was given the run around on pricing since full set wasn't purchased directly online the $55/tire price wasnt available...? Even thou it was marked as "always available" online but I guess their website online isn't their website ... Ok fine got things situated for the tires I'd wanted and seen online only to have the "in store" price be higher by nearly double... Again what...? Ok ok finally sorted out all of that and head out only to get a call that those tires aren't available until the next day ok fine keep the vehicle overnight *ugh* inconvenient but alright they "worked" with me I'll work with them. Now the next day and having to call multiple times for an update ... Tires aren't to be delivered until 1130am should be done around 1pm... Ok called again at 230pm since no call yet that it's done. Got told vehicle is being done "now" and would be ready in 45 min... Wait... Wait... And more wait... Head to the shop at 4m since they CLOSE at 5pm and vehicle is STILL not finished but will be "soon"... Not my first interaction here but by far the WORST! I will be finding somewhere else for tires from here on. Not worth the hoops and the lies. Lied about when the vehicle would be done multiple times. Then tried to lie that there was a check tire light on when I dropped off the vehicle... I'd literally had it inspected the day before and my tread was just low no light on at all. Tried to spin it that it might have come on bc they changed the tires ok fine but why would you say you saw the light when you moved my vehicle before changing my tires?!? Also given the go around about their website which apparently isn't theirs bc they were bought by someone else but kept the name yet even the website on here mavis.com takes you to National Tire and Battery... Being told I'm irrational, don't know anything about cars and I don't like to talk to people bc I'm upset that I'm being lied to again and again by people I've trusted my vehicle to is ridiculous and beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. Find somewhere else anywhere else and save urself from what this company is now becoming since being bought out by Mavis.

Needed my tire repaired however they were booked. Spoke with Foster who was very professional and shared with me if I could drop the car off they would have it completed before they closed. They did, very pleased with his excellent customer service skills.

The staff, especially Foster, is amazing and very professional. We will continue to use their services.

Had to get new front tires and alignment. I worked with Mr. Foster and he made my experience very easy. I didnt have to wait long and he communicated everything in a professional manner. Highly recommend this place and I hope you get Mr. Fosters help as well!
