Really good service. The techs were really good. They took care of all the issues I had on the vehicle to keep me safe on the road and gave updates on time frames so over all really good customer service I would tell other people to come here as well!

After some previous service performed for suspension and alignment, my wife noticed on a 500-1000 mile trip, some moderate shaking in the steering wheel at higher speeds. A return trip to this shop allowed them to rebalance the tires and recheck and realign the vehicles suspension. Indeed, a problem was found and corrected. The charges for the alignment were removed from the total, as the alignment could have been done incorrectly at the previous service visit. Gene was our service advisor, and is obviously reputable and honest, showing us the physical evidence and computer balance printouts. This shop has discovered at least two dangerous worn tires on that vehicle in the past, for which I am grateful, and always willing to pay for replacements in pairs for a single axel. We have also had them do rear shocks and front struts, which was critical to establishing a stabile alignment. Safety inspections have been discontinued in Texas as of January 2025. Emissions testing is still required. I highly recommend you rely on a shop like NTB to fulfill your safety inspection needs. Dont underestimate the importance of mechanical safety, even if the state is no longer concerned. More blowouts and braking accidents will eventually reach your insurance premiums!
