Seriously screw these guys. I waited for 5 HOURS for a coolant tank issue. They get it "fixed" and now all of a sudden it's my water pump. Mind you my car was holding coolant and I did have to fill it every so often but I go to drive to work and have no coolant in my car and the coolant cap is not on all the way. This is making me late to work. Never again mavis. If I could rate 0 stars I wouldEdit for anyone that cares: I've had a slight coolant leak where every 3-4 weeks I'd need to top off my coolant. Now after this all of a sudden I'm needing to add coolant every day or every other day bc the reservoir is COMPLETELY EMPTY!!! Honestly chain mechanics are not the place to go. Private owned is gonna be way better always. Mavis seriously screwed up my car bad. I don't even trust them enough to take my car back and make them fix the added problem they caused.
