Mavis Tires and Brakes in Hephzibah, GA

I read reviews and thought I would give them a try. Well, my experience has not been a positive one. I came in for four tires. That was ok. I remarked how my light for tire pressure was still on. I was told I would have to wait for Benny, was the best and the only one that can do the required tests. One of the new tires was losing air pressure, where I had to fill it up twice, I called for an appointment. The tire was fine, but the tire sensor was causing the tire to deflate. They put in a new sensor on that tire, but Benny wasn't there, so I had to wait to calibrate. Another appointment. It's over 20 miles round trip from my home. Back in and heavens, I had to replace all four sensors. Off, I went. But no, the sensor light came back on. They didn't program two of the sensors. Someone behind the counter remarked about buying used sensors. I was told and paid for four new sensors. All is fine and off I went. But alas, the saga continues, the light came on again and I called and made an appointment with Benny. I was on time to my appointment and the counter staff said that Benny just drove off and wasn't even suppose to work that day. Funny thing, he scheduled this appointment at his convenience, not mine. So I sit here in the shop waiting on Benny. Wondering, did I get new sensors or refurbished? It's now half an hour after my appointment and I still waiting. Sorry for the length but the service is not as others reported.

I went in to get a valve stim replaced and it ended up taking more time than expected. To accommodate that there was no charge to me. Mr. Wayne and his Crew displayed a World Class operation. Very professional and courteous. I'm thrilled to have our own Mavis Tires location right in this region of the CSRA.

I needed 2 tires and the main office scheduled me for a Monday installation. I had a weekend trip, my daughter did not want me to travel with nails in my tires.I called the store on Windsor Spring Rd. in Hephzibah, GA on Friday morning and Paul said I may be able to fit you in around 2:00. I came in and he worked me in and I was out in good time. Paul made sure I could travel safely that weekend.

This was my second oil change. This time I needed new wiper blades. They even had a deal on those! Mavis also gives military discount. I will be back for the next oil change! Great and polite staff!

I went in concerned on why my car was shaking. They assessed the damage and told me what all was the concerns with my vehicle. full car check up is $50 and my car rotation was $20 . I arrived at 1020am and was out by 1130am . I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR MINOR WORK.Costumer service 10/10

Benny and the team over at the Windsor Springs location are a great group of gentlemen. Their professionalism and care for the customers are exceptional . I brought new tires for my truck at a great price and had them installed this team of guys took care me from start to finish. My 1999 Dodge Ram rides much better with the new tires. They will not let you leave without informing youof any other problems they may discover. If you want to have a pleasant experience this team of gentleman are second to none ??. Go by and see Benny and the team over at Mavis tires & Brakes for all your automotive needs you wont regret it.
