Im editing my review and want to say Justin at Winchester red store helped me tremendously. I will continue to see him. But I have still have issues with the Madison blvd store but thats another issue. Ill deal or talk with them myself. Thanks Justin you saved me a headache

AWESOME service!! Polite and honest mehanics. Took my father-in-law's vehicle in due to a nail in the tire. The servicemen were very cordial. Colton discovered that the nail did not puncture the tire and we only waited 10 minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon. Good people are hard to find.

This place is the best! Theyre actually honest! Ive seen them fix peoples tires for free more than once when most shops would charge you. I bought tires and had a full brake job done here. Their prices were lower than other shops I quoted. Its nice to walk out without feeling like you got ripped off.Only thing: Theyre always slammed, so you might have to wait a bit. But trust me, its worth it. If you want a shop that actually cares about doing right by customers instead of just making money, go here. 10/10!Quick tip: Try calling ahead to see how busy they are, but dont skip them just because of a wait.

Was told a different price on the phone. When confronted they stated the call center quotes you the cheapest price thats not available. Which doesnt make sense. Very nonchalant service

I visited Mavis tire on two occasions the past few months. The office manager (Justin) took care of me on my first visit. He got me in and out in a timely fashion. On my next visit, Hoyt the building manager took great care of me.Both were nice and courteous.
